The Liens high jewellery collection is a fitting tribute to the jeweler’s liens motif and Chaumet’s long-held tradition of creating sentimental jewelry

Inspired by Chaumet’s rich heritage, the Liens high jewelry collection is an homage to a necklace created by the Maison in 1907, which was adorned with the Liens motif for the first time ever. The lien motif is part of the tradition of sentimental jewelry, harking back to the 17th century love knots and it has been found in archives dating back to the Belle Époque and to the Art Deco period, on draft sketches of diadems, bracelets, and necklaces.

A highlight from the collection has to be the earrings in white gold set with brilliant-cut diamonds and two round lavender sapphires from Ceylon of 1.70 and two other of 2.90 carats.
