Bringing your favourite designer items back to life couldn’t get any easier than with Farfetch’s new luxury repair service, Farfetch Fix

Leading online retailer Farfetch is teaming up with aftercare platform The Restory to offer luxury restoration service, Farfetch Fix, which aims to support the circular economy and extend the life of our well-worn luxuries.

In keeping with the brand’s philosophy of “empowering everyone to think, act and choose positively”, the new initiative will allow customers to have their favourite designer items, including shoes, bags and leather goods returned to their former glory handily that doesn’t involve complicated registration process.

The restoration service begins directly on Farfetch’s website, where customers can book a collection for the items they wish to be restored. The piece will be delivered to The Restory’s atelier securely, where experts assess each piece and quote for their recommended services. Following the approval from the customer, the piece will be restored and returned to a preferred address.
