First Look: Salvatore Ferragamo's Canton Road Flagship Is Back & More Chic Than Ever
It’s back! After months of renovations, Salvatore Ferragamo has reopened its iconic store on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. The two-story boutique now boasts a contemporary new design that’s even more luxurious and charming than before.
The two-storey boutique welcomes shoppers with an alluring bronze panel façade illuminated by vertical led strips – a subtle homage to the Vara shoes' iconic gros-grain ribbon.
The 680 square metre store carries a complete range of Salvatore Ferragamo men’s and women’s collections including bags, shoes, “Creations”, small leather items, ready to wear, silk accessories, eyewear, perfumes, and watches.
To celebrate the store’s reopening, the Ferragamo family themselves will be hosting an exclusive soirée at the Asia Society Centre on November 3. Hosted by group CEO Eraldo Poletto and the Florentine house's women’s ready-to-wear and accessories creative director Paul Andrew, the event will be a showcase of Ferragamo's Pre-Spring 2018 collection, which revolves around one concept: High Tech Botanical.
The collection combines feminine elegance with a playful edge, bringing together bold floral visuals and Ferragamo's unparalleled craftsmanship.
Ferragamo has also released a selection of limited edition pieces to be sold exclusively at the Canton Road flagship, including the Vara Rainbow bag featuring bold flower details—peonies, to be exact, as they are Andrew’s favourite flower—in a soft calf leather with chain strap, available in pink or fuchsia colors, incorporating iconic details like the Vara bow on the closure and whimsical leather flower motifs on the front flap.
A matching mini leather wristlet pouch and colourful charm can be added for a little extra flower power.
