Avant-garde watchmaker Franck Muller hits a milestone and celebrates with a string of historic and innovative creations

Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller is marking its 25th anniversary with "The Legend of Time" exhibit at Ocean Terminal from September 20 to 24, 2017. The five-day event will showcase the brand’s most ground-breaking timepieces and offer guests a unique opportunity to travel through a quarter century’s worth of the watchmaker’s historical moments. The exhibit will also immerse guests in rare behind the scenes moments with live watchmaking demonstrations.

To mark its auspicious milestone, Franck Muller created a special edition timepiece to pay tribute to the brand’s iconic Cintree Curvex case. A revolutionary design due to its tonneau shape, the new model is designed with Muller’s signature applique numerals alongside a 25th-anniversary logo on an enamel dial.

Photo 2 of 4 Perhaps the brightest and most distinct Franck Muller design, Crazy Hours broke the mould in 2003 by displaying the hours on the dial in an unconventional order, surprising the wearer every 60 minutes as the hour hand jumps to the correct position
Photo 3 of 4 Unveiled in 2005, the Evolution 3-1’s triple axis tourbillon defies the effects of gravity, correcting itself in any position rather than the classic approach which only compensates in a vertical position. This power saving design also offers a 10-day reserve and is one of the most complex watchmaking creations
