Named after a Greek god, the latest accessory from Gucci is bound to elevate any stylish ensemble

Following Alessandro Michele’s appointment as creative director of Gucci, the Italian fashion house is proud to present the Dionysus bag, distinguished by its striking double Tiger-head closure – a clear reference to the Greek god Dionysus, who in myth is believed to have transformed himself into a tiger to carry a young nymph across that river that became known as the Tigris.

Perhaps a more distinctive trait of the handbag is the use of the GG Supreme print, a contemporary interpretation on the Gucci G motif. The Dionysus bag is available in a variety of materials including suede, python, and crocodile, marking a new beginning for Gucci as Michele continues to redirect the brand’s focus to a more contemporary and youthful design focus.

The Dionysus bag is available in Gucci boutiques throughout Hong Kong
