Although known as Korea’s richest celebrity couple—their combined property ownership is worth an estimated HK$580 million, according to Korean entertainment show Entertainment Weekly Live—the A-list stars opted to wed in a low-key and private ceremony back in 2017 attended by close friends and family only.

Besides her captivating beauty, Kim is famous for her effortless style and memorable looks—both on and off-screen. One of her most talked-about looks dates back to 2017 when she showed up at Incheon International Airport to depart for her honeymoon wearing a fur knitted cardigan from Korean label, Obzze, and Giuseppe Zanotti ankle boots.

The actress is fond of modest and sophisticated looks, with a preference for understated luxury. This is also evident in her custom-made wedding dress, which many will remember as simple and elegant. The talented actress—who graduated with a fashion design degree from the prestigious Seoul University—co-designed the mini dress with her stylist. Kim reportedly wanted a down-to-earth design that anyone could wear and did not want anything ostentatious.
