To celebrate the second year of its global partnership with Art Basel, Swiss luxury skincare brand La Prairie collaborated with South Korean artist Chul-Hyun Ahn, who specialises in using light in his artwork as a medium of artistic expression of infinite beauty. Featuring three of Chul-Hyun Ahn’s unique works inspired by La Prairie’s White Caviar collection, the exhibition reflects the brand’s latest breakthrough in the illumination of the skin.

A perfect marriage between the science and art of light, “The Equation of Light, Decoded” took place at the La Prairie Pavilion of the Collectors Lounge at this year’s edition of Art Basel Hong Kong. Korean celebrities and art enthusiasts’ Jung Woo Sung and ‎Lee Jung Jae, Alison Chan El Azar, Antonia Li, Yen Kuok, Eleanor Lam, Ruth Chao, Janet Ma, Amanda Strang and Feiping Chang were among the VIPs to witness the unveiling of the light-inspired collaboration.
