A highlight of the British fashion season is without a doubt the Serpentine's annual Chanel Summer Party. This year, the Serpentine pavilion was designed by Junya Ishigami, a Japanese artist celebrated for his experimental structures that interpret traditional architectural conventions and reflect natural phenomena. His inspiration takes the form of roofs, the most common architectural feature used around the world. The Summer Party celebrated Serpentine’s new roster of artists from the realms of visual art, architecture, design, music, fashion and film. Amidst the exhibitions and live performances, guests were sparkling in gorgeous ensembles. Check out the gallery for five looks we loved from the event.
