Lora Piana is famed for its luxe collection of quality ready-to-wear pieces in fine fabrics, but with its new store, the brand is highlighting its range of footwear, including a dedicated capsule of leather goods.
Opening in Tsim She Tsui's K11 MUSEA, the new location is the brand's first store concept dedicated to shoes in Asia. Drawing on both the brand’s heritage and Hong Kong’s rich history, the store combines both the traditional local construction techniques of bamboo scaffolding and fine cashmere – a material that is at the heart of Loro Piana’s heritage. Unfolding the story of how Hong Kong was built, the store’s design represents a tribute to local creativity and culture, conveying how modernity has been built from tradition, and technology from the strength of a plant – mirroring how Loro Piana nurtures innovation with the solid roots of its history.
