Legacy brand De Beers is currently hosting a one-week pop up exhibition at the Landmark Atrium. Entitled The Home of Diamonds since 1888, the exhibition will showcase the jeweller’s diamond crafting process, which has been refined over 125 years of experience.

De Beers is known for discovering some of the largest and most famous diamonds in the world, including the trio of “Legendary Diamonds”—–the Millennium Star, the Centenary Diamond and the Oppenheimer Blue. These breathtaking creations from Mother Nature continue to inspire jewellers all around the world.

At the Landmark exhibition, you will witness the diamond’s transformational journey from rough stone to priceless, polished jewel. On display will be a remarkable 117 carat light brown rough diamond, a particularly rare find due to its large carat weight and appealing colour.

You’ll get to see the “Talisman Wonder,” a stunning oeuvre d’art that was crafted over 2,000 hours and holds 691 rough and polished diamonds (making a total of 271 carats). It took De Beers experts 10 years to find and collect the rough diamonds used.

A 10 carat DB Classic diamond ring will also be on exhibit, demonstrating the perfect De Beers cut and showcasing their new standard for round brilliant diamonds.
