Chinese actress Shu Qi is the new face of Emporio Armani's ad campaign for greater China, Singapore and Malaysia for its autumn 2010 collection. Shot on location in New York by renowned photographer Mario Sorrenti, the campaign begins its roll-out in September 2010.

Shu Qi has starred in many internationally acclaimed films including Cannes-nominated Millenium Mambo in 2001, French blockbuster Transporterin 2002, and in 2009, in the romance film New York I Love You, which premiered at the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival. With her triple roles in Three Times, the Cannes-nominated film directed by the legendary Hou Hsiao-Hsien, Shu Qi received much accreditation including being named Best Actress at the 42nd Golden Horse Awards in 2005. A regular guest at international film festivals, Shu Qi was invited to be part of the eight-member jury panel at the 62nd Cannes International Film Festival in 2009 and prior to that she was member of the jury at Berlinale, the Berlin International Film Festival in 2008.
