The Danish design house join forces with sculptor and jeweller Jordan Askill to launch a new series which captures the whimsical beauty of butterflies

Celebrating the aesthetics of butterflies, the collection injects a minimalistic and modern twist to Georg Jensen’s timeless appeal.

Partnering with famed Australian-born artist and sculptor Jordan Askill, each of the jewellery pieces reflect a hint of his style, while remaining true to the Danish brand’s own archive.

Askill blends the best of old and new through a skillful merging of the organic designs of the Art Nouveau era with the enchanting movement of butterflies.

In this collection, the trademark silver is skillfully juxtaposed with a mix of gemstones and gold, allowing the butterflies to shine in the forms of cuffs, rings and earrings.

Striking and beguiling, many of the pieces feature the warm 18ct yellow gold instead of the brand’s traditional use of silver.

Diamonds and coloured gemstones also make an appearance in the collection, further imbuing the collection with a touch of understated flourish.
