The Lace Atelier helps brides give back

Headquartered in Paris, The Lace Atelier has always been women-focused. Life-long best friends Christy and Hélène turned their friendship into a creative partnership in 2014 to create silky, sophisticated gowns using only the finest materials. With a luxurious Parisian flair, these dresses are what bridal dreams are made of.

Their latest dress endeavour is a little more unusual, though. With lace appliqué, silk tulle layered over silk charmeuse and an elegant row of buttons down the back, the Delphine is undoubtedly one gorgeous gown.

But what makes the Scholarship Gown truly special is the initiative it supports. The dress is available at Miss Bride Wedding Shop in Hong Kong and all proceeds from sales will go directly to the Jusoor Scholarship Program’s fund to help Syrian women get a university education.

In fact, the first student supported by The Lace Atelier began her engineering course at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey this year—a fine example of women helping other women to achieve their dreams.
