Roger Dubuis is known for its expertise in flying tourbillon watches. Light and spacious, this new Excalibur Single Flying Tourbillon comes in a moody Eon gold case. The grey double surface flange dial has an engraved minute track and transferred texts, as well as polished and pink gold-plated hour markers. Limited to 88 pieces worldwide, this novelty boasts 193 components and is water-resistant to 100 metres.

Following on from the 2019 success of its Hourstriker Phantom, Ulysse Nardin has launched another chiming watch in collaboration with audio tech company Devialet, which (fun fact) was founded by a descendant of watchmaker Ulysse Nardin himself. A traditional chiming watch, when the Black Hourstriker's hammer hits the gong, a thick titanium membrane vibrates like a speaker, which amplifies the timepiece's sound.

Vacheron Constantin has added three new editions to its iconic Overseas collection, including the pictured tourbillon. Made from 18-karat pink gold, this watch's 42.5 mm case comes with a sleek and sophisticated integrated bracelet that ensures a comfortable fit. The blue-lacquered, sunburst satin-finished dial and sapphire crystal display case back ensures this watch looks as good from the front as it does from the back. If the metal bracelet isn't for you, choose between two playful blue straps in rubber or leather.

For Watches And Wonders 2021, Corum has turned heads once again with its eye-catching Admiral 45 timepiece, which made its debut more than 60 years ago. Instantly recognisable thanks to its dodecagonal-shaped bezel and artful pops of colour, this watch has been revamped with an openworked flying tourbillon. Limited to 48 pieces worldwide, this watch showcases an all-new case material that has been made using ultralight carbon and 18-karat gold glitter.

The latest addition to H Moser & Cie’s minimalistic Endeavour collection, the new Tourbillon Concept Tiger's Eye comes with two dials, each of which is limited to 50 pieces. Collectors can choose between a white gold case and blue dial, which is made using a hard stone called Falcon's Eye, and a red gold case and red dial, which is made with what’s called Ox’s Eye. Both novelties measure a sizeable 40 mm in diameter and house a tourbillon with skeletonised bridges at six o’clock.
