Yoga and Cooking Retreat in Koh Samui
Tiana Harilela and Shivam Vicente to bring your body back into balance in a one-week retreat
It’s been said that a healthy diet and daily exercise are key to a healthy body and mind, but the truth is it’s easier said than done. Very often, certain guidance and coaching is needed, if not necessary, and this is where health and wellness experts Tiana Harilela and Shivam Vicente come in. The duo who have had extensive yoga and culinary training will be leading a one-week retreat from September 22 to 29, with activities such as cooking classes, nutrition classes, meditation and asana yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand.
During the morning practice that starts at 7am and focuses on pranayama, meditation and asana, the duo will help you realign and restore your body by focusing on improving technique; while the alternate afternoon sessions will include three cooking classes and offer a holistic combination of diet and exercise.
