Beyond mere sponsorship, Charlotte Tilbury seeks to ignite confidence in aspiring female drivers, pave the way for future generations, and inspire a cultural shift within the male-dominated world of motorsport.
Luxury makeup brand Charlotte Tilbury has entered the world of motorsport, becoming the first beauty brand and female-founded brand to officially sponsor the F1 Academy. This partnership marks a significant moment for both organisations, as they share a common goal: empower women and encourage them to chase their dreams.
The F1 Academy is a female-only racing series designed to develop the talent of aspiring female drivers between the ages of 16 and 25 and prepare them for higher levels of competition, aligning perfectly with Charlotte Tilbury’s mission to inspire confidence and self-belief.

The beauty brand, in its role as an official partner, will leverage its global platform to elevate the F1 Academy's drivers. By highlighting their achievements and showcasing diverse opportunities for women in motorsport, both within and beyond the racing circuit, the brand aims to inspire a broader audience.
French driver Lola Lovinfosse will be the first to take the wheel of the Charlotte Tilbury-branded car, carrying the torch for female drivers and embodying the spirit of this groundbreaking partnership. Additionally, she will be sporting the brand's signature Hot Lips, and her racing suit and helmet will be adorned with the empowering messages, “Makeup Your Destiny” and “Dare to Dream”.
