Long-time politician James is chairman of the Manhattan Group and the holder of a Gold Bauhinia Star. He attended the University of Illinois and San Jose State University. A JP, he is married to Mary and is the father of Calvin and Andrea. Boating and tennis are his favourite pastimes.
