This September, Dynasty at Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong is presenting a new champagne pairing menu, showcasing the restaurant’s time-honoured delicacies and signature dishes such as barbecued pork accompanied with sesame ice plant salad; double boiled whole coconut soup with abalone and minced pork dumpling; and deep-fried cod with vegetables in white wine sauce.  
 
The new set menu is paired with a premium collection of three RSRV Grand Cru champagnes from the house of Maison Mumm. Abbreviated from ‘Reserved’, RSRV identifies the outstanding Grand Cru champagnes that are for limited release. The Dynasty champagne pairing menu is available now until September 30, 2019.
