This summer, chef Andrea Delzanno of Cucina is guiding guests along an exploration of Italy’s beloved regions, from Sicily to Tuscany, Piedmont, Veneto, Sardinia, and Lombardy in a unique menu of new creations. Notable dishes from this season’s menu include raw red prawn carpaccio with mozzarella sauce, lemon and herring caviar; seafood casserole; and slow-braised veal osso buco on saffron risotto and herb sauce. The celebration of Italy’s regional dishes is available from now until August 20, 2020.
