Newly appointed executive chef Rob Jacob Drennan launches tasting menu with innovative techniques and seasonal ingredients

Focusing on seasonality, the team at Haku continues to experiment on novel ideas and add new dishes to the menu. The restaurant's tasting menu, which is priced at HK$1880 per guest, has two options of wine and sake pairing (HK$580 and HK$880 respectively). Some of the delightful creations which will be featured in the newest menu include Japanese fish soup served with asparagus, radish and curry leaf oil, lobster with salmon roe, marigold jelly and tomato, as well as a sashimi trio featuring kinmedai, white shrimp and tuna. More exciting new dishes are to be introduced throughout the summer months.
