For one night only, chefs Ferran Tadeo and Tomos Parry will work together in an exclusive eight-course menu highlighting the best of Spanish cuisine

This June, La Rambla is hosting a one-night-only four-hands collaboration with London’s Brat restaurant, where British ingredients meet the wood fire cooking techniques from Spain’s Basque region in the creation of a unique menu designed for the event.

On June 5, Brat’s chef Tomos Parry and La Rambla’s Ferran Tadeo will be presenting an eight-course menu for the one-night collaboration. The duo will create and present innovative plates such as Coca La Rambla style, Iberico and parmesan, smoked sustainable tuna from Almadraba, served with aromatic oil, anchovies mayonnaise and pickled radish, together with Brat’s smoked cod roe with fennel butter and toast, and crab with fennel, cabbage, celery and bottarga.

The special eight-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,480 per person, with only 24 places available.
