The Cantonese hot pot haven is home to healthy alternatives to winter’s treat

This autumn, Megan’s Kitchen is launching a new collection of hot pot ingredients. The popular Cantonese and hot pot restaurant is also home to a series of brand new vegetarian hot pot treats, namely the black truffle vegetarian pork meatballs, made with Omnipork, and flavoured with aromatic black truffle paste, fried king oyster mushroom and chopped onions. Another new hot pot signature is the beetroot Beyond Meat vegetarian beef meatballs. These new morsels are made with Beyond Meat product, whose high nutritional value is enhanced by the addition of crunchy beetroot.
