Feast your way into 2020 in the grandeur of Four Seasons with a lavish “8-Michelin Stars New Year’s Eve Dinner”, a one-night-only gourmet dining experience tailored for a party of eight. The HK$88,888 package includes a 12-course menu featuring signature dishes from the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurants: Sushi Saito, Lung King Heen and Caprice, to be paired with world-class wines selected by Four Seasons sommeliers.
The gastronomic experience is just the beginning of your New Year’s Eve celebration—head over to Blue Bar at 10pm for the tiki countdown party, where you’ll spend the last few hours of 2019 sipping your favourite libations and dancing the year away with live music.
Café Gray Deluxe
Treat your tastebuds to a tantalising feast before the year ends at Café Gray Deluxe, perched on the 49th floor of The Upper House boasting spectacular views of Victoria Harbour.
The 4- and 6-course menu will reflect chef Gray Kunz’s celebrated modern European fare—think grilled octopus salad, beef consommé, Hokkaido scallop and crabmeat cannelloni as starters, followed by a choice of white truffle loire organic chicken or braised wagyu short rib for mains—complete with decadent desserts, lots of champagne and festive vibes.
This New Year’s Eve, The Murray will welcome 2020 with a gala dinner at The Tai Pan, where you can enjoy a sumptuous six-course menu featuring premium ingredients like Patagonian 51 toothfish and Mayura Farms wagyu beef.
After dinner, make your way to the hotel’s iconic rooftop bar, Popinjays for the “Shake Your Tail Feathers Countdown Party”, entertaining guests with an eclectic line-up of live DJ performances and a preview of Popinjays’ crafted cocktails to be launched in 2020.
Guests can also choose between the two bottomless drinks packages—free-flow house pours from 9:30pm to 3am and champagne from 11:30pm to12:30am—and cheer into the new year against a stunning backdrop of the Hong Kong skyline.

Elevate your New Year’s Eve celebrations with a dinner at Two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ecriture, where you will enjoy signature dishes from chef Maxime Gilbert, who is known for his remarkable culinary creations that combine his acclaimed French cooking techniques and premium produce from Japan.
The seven-course dinner menu features a medley of umami flavours, which begins with a caviar and uni tart and Hokkaido scallop, followed by white truffle, kinki, wagyu beef and black winter truffles. To round off the meal, a dessert made with Amaou strawberry and chocolates are served before you head over to the most glamorous countdown party in town.
ZEST by Konishi
Usher in the new year with an exclusive French-Japanese fare, available only on New Year’s Eve at ZEST by Konishi. The nine-course menu curated by chef Mitsuru Konishi will highlight fine Japanese ingredients including Hokkaido sea urchin and snow crab, along with Ping Yuen chicken two ways, served with foie gras pepper sauce, inspired by the Chinese classic Eight Treasure Duck and reinterpreted with locally-sourced chicken stuffed with lotus-leaf wrapped Japanese rice, water chestnut, chicken liver and foie gras.
Don’t forget to save room for dessert, which includes a French chestnut Mont Blanc served with vanilla ice cream and a freshly baked citrus madeleine.
A special three-course dinner menu will be served on December 31 in celebration of the new year, with options for starters including churros and caviar, uni and jamon gelatine, and red prawn tartare. Mains are just as delicious, with a focus on seafood and meat dishes such as Josper grilled blue lobster, king crab pancetta and creamy pigeon rice.
La Rambla is also hosting a Hollywood Red Carpet themed party on its newly refurbished terrace, where staff will dress up as paparazzi and photographers to welcome guests with free-flow drinks from 9pm to 12am. Guests opting for the free-flow package will also receive two food tickets for truffle popcorn, Ozaki beef tartlets and rubia tenderloin katsu sando to complement their festive libations. When the clock strikes midnight, you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy sweeping views of Victoria Harbour.
