Chefs Simon Rogan and Kirk Westaway crossover to present a 10-course produce-driven menu
With numerous exciting chef collaborations this summer, we must add just one more, as new restaurant Roganic is hosting a four-hands collaboration with Singapore’s Jaan this September.
On the evenings of September 4 and 5, Rogan will join forces with Jaan’s Kirk Westaway to present a British-themed menu highlighting seasonal produce and foraged items for a 10-course dinner. This collaboration marks Westaway’s return since his last chef collaboration at Mandarin Oriental’s Krug Room. The 10-course collaboration menu will feature signature dishes from both restaurants, including Jaan’s roasted potato and black truffle soup and summer bean salad with burrata and quinoa, as well as Roganic’s stuffed hen of the woods with kohlrabi, roasted yeast and elderflower. The exclusive two-night collaboration menu is priced at HK$1,980 per person, with an optional wine pairing package designed by Sean Oakford, available at HK$980 per person.
