Featuring a comprehensive offering of caviar tins, accessories and champagne

Caviar fiends will delight in the opening of Royal Caviar Club's first pop-up at Lane Crawford in Pacific Place, from today until early March. Open daily, the outlet features the full range of products from the caviar house, from mild and buttery sturgeon caviar and nutty royal cristal caviar, to rarer variants such as the unusually large-grained premium baerii rare, the honey-hued royal cristal gold, and the delicately saline royal beluga caviar. Various caviar accoutrements, such as mother of pearl spoons, tin openers and even gold flakes, are available, alongside various gift sets from HK$3,000 and up. Customers buying two or more tins of caviar will also receive a complimentary gift box.

Exclusive to the pop-up is a selection of Besserat de Bellefon champagnes from the Épernay-based maison. Espousing a production process that uses 4.5 atmospheres of pressure to the usual 6 atmospheres, these champagnes are characterised by a light effervescence that is better suited to food pairings—and caviar in particular. Non-vintage bottles on sale include the Blanc de Blancs, Rose Brut, and the seductively named Brigitte Bardot.

The Royal Caviar Club pop-up will open daily from 10am to 8pm until 7 March. Find out more by clicking here.
