This June, as Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong becomes the official hotel of Riesling Weeks, the hotel is celebrating German’s notable grape featuring a pairing with authentic Cantonese fare from Dynasty, the hotel’s celebrated Chinese restaurant.
The month’s signature pairing features Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese 2015 which is matched with Dynasty’s iconic barbequed pork. Joh. Jos. Prüm Estate Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett 2016’s off-dry character with floral aromas of pear and melon aromas are chosen to complement the delicate flavours of deep-fried fresh lobster with chef’s signature sauce served with a deep-fried bun.
