This month, Megan’s Kitchen is presenting an one-night-only celebration of Hakurosuishu sake. The popular Cantonese restaurant is showcasing a special menu for sake pairing, where each sake is presented by Masao Aisawa, the president of the brewery. The sake night pairing menu includes highlights such as steamed egg whites and soy milk with sea clams, deep-fried noodle rolls with prawns in gooseberry sauce, sweet and sour apples and fresh Chinese yams, and braised pork belly with plum and rock sugar. The Hakuroshuishu sake event at Megan’s Kitchen begins at 7:00 pm with cocktail reception followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. The menu is priced at HK$630 per person.
