Have you ever bought an ingredient to find that it's only available in a quantity you couldn't possibly finish? If you're looking to minimise the waste in your life, buying in bulk is a great way to do it.

Edgar was one of the first to bring unpackaged bulk goods to Hong Kong, stocking organic and fair trade items ranging from cereals to pasta, dried food, nuts, seeds and more. Tea leaves, herbs and spices can also be bought in bulk here too.

If you need eco-friendly storage solutions, Edgar also carries a large selection of reusable silicone snack bags, bamboo boxes, beeswax cloths and stainless steel containers. Currently, Edgar has stores in K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui and in Moon Street in Wan Chai.
