Whatever reason you exercise for – be it your physical health or your mental health – gyms being closed in Hong Kong may be taking its toll on your wellbeing. Sure, a rest day is welcome reward, but with the continued closure of fitness studios, you may be looking for other ways to stay in shape. Alongside these online workouts and fitness apps that you can download, we're listing the Hong Kong gyms that are taking their classes virtual.
1/8 Coastal Fitness
Known as one of Hong Kong’s top CrossFit gyms, since the closure of its studio due to the pandemic, Coastal Fitness has taken its classes online.
Every week Coastal Fitness is announcing its schedule on Instagram, with classes available daily from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Along with online Zoom group classes – including its popular mobility, Coastal30 and Yoga classes – the gym is also offering personalised private zoom classes, as well a private outdoor classes for up to 3 people.
2/8 Pure & Pure Yoga
With its locations across the city currently closed, Pure has also taken its range of workouts online.
Daily schedules run from 8am to 8pm and are announced every day on both Facebook and Instagram. Classes include everything from Yoga Strength to High Intensity Dance, Vinyasa 1, Bodycombat and more, with private online personal training classes also on offer.

H-Kore promises a hard core workout. Get ready to strengthen, stretch and sweat with its online programme, which runs all week long. The classes are all live-streamed from the H-Kore Quarry Bay studio and are available to join online via Zoom.
What’s more, you don’t have to be an existing member of H-Kore to enjoy the virtual classes, with packages available for single classes, weekly and one-on-one private sessions.
Since the government-mandated closure of Hong Kong gyms, HIT45 has taken its classes online with individuals being able to join online via Zoom. Going above and beyond to help with global the pandemic, the classes have been run on a donation basis, with classes priced at $50 and 100% of the profits donated to a Covid-19 Relief Fund.

5/8 Barre 2 Barre
You can get your barre classes fix online with Barre 2 Barre’s virtual class schedule. Easily joined from the comfort of your own home, the classes are held via Zoom and can be purchased in packages of one session, five sessions or two week bundles.
The schedule can be found online, with classes including Barre Mixed, Barre Power Stretch, Barre Bootcamp, Barre Mama Pre and Post Natal and more.
6/8 Flex Studio
Keep up your fitness routine with Flex Studio's online classes. The studio is hosting live-stream classes every day via Zoom and both private and group classes are available.

7/8 Kita Yoga
Helping us all to #namastayhome, if you’re missing your weekly yoga class, you can still join in with Kita Yoga’s Kita Live online classes.
All you have to do is reserve a mat online and you'll be able to join a variety of daily virtual classes from the comfort of your own home.
8/8 Anahata Yoga
Another Hong Kong yoga studio that is going online is Anahata Yoga. Offering over 100 online classes per week, there are options available for all levels of practitioners, with the professional and experienced yoga masters there to guide you every step of the way – virtually.
