7 Hong Kong Gyms Offering Online Classes And Workouts
Like many Hong Kong businesses, gyms have had a rough ride throughout 2020, with establishments having to close their doors for extended periods in the spring and the summer due to social distancing restrictions. After reopening in September, due to the fourth wave of infections in Hong Kong, as of December 10, gyms are once more having to close.
The current mandated closure is set to run for at least two weeks––and while we're keeping our fingers crossed that the closures aren't extended for a longer period of time––for the time being, we'll have to find alternate ways to stay active at home. Alongside online workouts and fitness apps, we're listing the Hong Kong gyms that are taking their classes virtual.
1/7 Pure & Pure Yoga
