Looking for the perfect fit? Whether it’s suits, shirts or other wardrobe staples, you’ve come to the right place. Hong Kong is known for its sartorial sharpness, and is home to some of the best thread-weavers you’ll find anywhere.
But while the city may be known for its abundance of suit makers, quantity doesn’t always equate with quality. We’ve narrowed down the list to help you find the very best tailors in Hong Kong.
1. The Armoury
Located in historical landmark the Pedder Building, The Armoury’s passion for classic styling and well-crafted men’s products is irrefutable. They only work with the best artisans and fly in esteemed international tailors who offer some of the best suits money can buy.
Currently, The Armoury works with three bespoke tailors; Liverano (Florence), Musella Dembech (Milan) and Ciccio (Japan). They also host Ambrosi, a custom trouser maker from Naples. The tailors come to Hong Kong every three months or so for fittings and orders.
In addition to their bespoke service, they have in-house staff who are trained to craft made-to-measure suits or fit ready-to-wear garments. Their sleek Hong Kong store also stocks superbly crafted accessories, including shoes, cufflinks, ties, belts, wallets and umbrellas.
Shirts: HK$1,400 to HK$3,000; suits: HK$10,000 to HK$55,000; trousers: HK$9,000.
